Nemacolin Woodlands Resort Offers New Lodging Package

Nemacolin Woodlands Resort has announced a new Unlimited Adventures Package.

Red Pedal Tours Adds to Its Offerings

Red Pedal Tours in Philadelphia is now offering a brand-new tour for foodies. We profiled Red Pedal Tours in our Spring 2014 issue when they had just hit the streets with their bright red pedicycle, and we are thrilled they are growing in popularity. The pedicycle is powered by you—there are 12 seats lining two sides of the cycle, with a bench in the back for three non-cyclers to enjoy the ride. Their history tours are a fun and active way to experience the city’s history in a new way.

Does your Next Meeting Have You on the Ropes?

Great Wolf Lodge isn’t just for the little ones. Their conference centers also offer entertaining team-building adventures. Available at the Pocono Mountains property, The Howlers Peak Ropes Course allows teams to venture through an aerial circuit from the safety of a climbing harness. Members can cheer each other on as they cross bridges, balance on ropes and climb through obstacles.

Philly’s Favorite Foods—Delivered Straight to You

Every city has a few favorite dishes but nothing says Philly quite like a cheesesteak or a soft pretzel. There’s also Scrapple, Pork Roll (which is really from NJ, but hey, who’s counting?), Tastykakes (my favorite are those peanut butter cakes—yum!), and Water Ice. Philly loves to eat but what do you do when you’re craving that certain taste but aren’t nearby? You ship it! If you’re looking for a fun way to whet the appetite of a group about to visit Philadelphia or simply want to quell a homesick colleague, check out one of the following companies for shipping options:

VisitPITTSBURGH Wants Your Ideas

Among the words being used to describe Pittsburgh were: Inspiring. Proud. Reinvented. Welcoming. Legendary. Innovative.
