Signature Drink: Princess of Monaco

Tucked inside the first floor lobby of Le Méridien Philadelphia, aMuse has a sleek and sexy style (think a handsome bar, fireplace, chandeliers and black leather seating). Executive chef Jennifer Salhoff creates classic French dishes with a contemporary twist. It may be an intimate space but its cocktail list makes a big impression, especially when presented in smokescented glasses and luxe flasks. Signature cocktails look to a number of leading ladies, including Philadelphia’s own princess, Grace Kelly.

Casa Papal's Specialty Stationery Makes a Lasting Impression

At its roots, Casa Papel is a love story. Owners Cecilia and Nestor Torres are a married couple with a passion for paper. While researching options for their own wedding in 2005, Cecilia was dissatisfied with the offerings and knew she could create something better. After the couple moved from Portland to Pittsburgh and finally settled in Philadelphia, they decided it was time to take the plunge and open a store. They opened their studio in Northern Liberties and have grown year after year.

Signature Drink: La Lavanda

It may be part of a larger collection, but Davio’s King of Prussia certainly stands on its own two feet. INGREDIENTS
—1.5 oz. Malfy Gin
—.75 oz. lavender syrup
—.75 oz. lemon juice
—.5 oz. Crème de Violette
